Uncle Terry came by this morning for story time.
Then, we headed to the same beach as yesterday with David's Mom and his sister and her family. These 5 cousins are really cute together. A group of monkeys is a troop, so this is the troop of cousins.
David took the boys on a walk.
They went all the way out to the edge. That's them all the way out there.
Even Grammie couldn't resist the water.
It was so weird that it was the same beach as yesterday, yet we only saw like 5 jellyfish and we had to go hunt for them.
The boys had fun chasing the seagulls. You'd think they were in some choreographed routine by the way they were standing, but they were just being themselves.
Noah liked the seagulls.
Emily chased the seagulls.
Ben chased the seagulls.
David was driving and saw what he thought were mountains in the distance.
Turns out it's the ocean.
David and his cousin Marc grew up together. Marc couldn't make the trip, but his son Spencer is here. Now, Ben and Spencer have formed a bond, and it's so fun to watch! They were looking at a Superhero book.
Here they are playing in the ocean together.
Here's Gwynne, her sister Auntie Barb and Uncle Terry's wife, Paula.
These are some great fun women. I love them.
Our group grew tonight.
Noah was loving the beach tonight. He went running.
Then, he came back. He was feeling at home. I think he fits in well as a Maritimer.
Then, the boys had a race. Spencer got a late start and Noah fell down. I think he pulled a hammy.
Amanda and Emily playing in the water.
David and his sister.
Here's Uncle Pat (Gwynne's brother) and his wife Dian.
And their daughter Kaitlin and Amanda. This picture cracks me up as both cousins have their eyes closed.
This is better.
Then, they buried Ben.
He was loving it.
Until he had to get out of the sand.
Then, it was Spencer's turn. The girls didn't want to be buried. They are smart.
On the way home, we must have seen 10 foxes by the side of the rode. They were so cute and small, not much bigger than a housecats.
We are still waiting for one more Uncle to arrive tonight. Tomorrow night, we are all getting together for a wine and cheese cocktail hour, followed by a cookout and a limbo contest. Sounds like more fun!
