Tonight, Ben had a karate belt promotion. I'll post more pictures and video tomorrow. For now I'm thankful my kids are all healthy and their bodies can do whatever they want to. Ben had to break a board with a kick. He was so nervous but did it on his first try. We're so proud of him.

Wow! Ben that is awesome. We are so proud of you. Of course I couldn't even break a piece of paper with my kick..
